Our Story

About Khair Global

Dignity, partnership, and hope — transforming loss into lasting impact.

Where It Began

A Story That Changed Everything

In the spring of 2025, while visiting Northern Pakistan, our Founder learned of a child named Sunya, an 11-month-old facing severe seizures caused by cerebral palsy. With a background in Family Medicine, and a personal understanding of the toll that seizure disorders take on families and individuals, she felt a deep and immediate connection to Sunya's struggle.

Determined to help, she began coordinating specialty consultations and therapeutic services at a large medical center in Islamabad. Tragically, Sunya passed away before she could reach those appointments.

Though her life was brief, her impact was profound. Sunya's and her family's strength became the catalyst for something greater: a commitment to build systems that ensure other children have access to the timely, quality medical care they deserve.

Healthcare services in rural communities

"Khair Global was born from Sunya's legacy — a promise that her story would inspire lasting change."

Clean water restoration in Khomra

Community-driven solutions for sustainable impact.

Responding to Crisis

The Floods of Khomra

Later that same year, devastating floods swept through Northern Pakistan. In the mountain town of Khomra, flood damage cut off access to safe drinking water.

Working hand-in-hand with local leaders and residents, we helped identify and implement sustainable, community-driven solutions to restore and protect their water supply.

Through their collective effort, the resilient people of Khomra rebuilt their infrastructure.

What Does Khair Mean?

Khair is an Arabic word meaning goodness, well-being, benefit, or welfare. It is often associated with charity, kindness, virtue, and prosperity. The name reflects our commitment to creating positive change by supporting communities with access to healthcare, clean water, education, and opportunities that help individuals and families build healthier, more self-sufficient futures.
